Turbo Repair Speedi Sleeve - Nissan Navara NP300 D23 YS23

Turbo Repair Speedi Sleeve - Nissan Navara NP300 D23 YS23

Oil leaking from your Navara's turbo and don't want to buy a new one for an annoying leak? This Speedi-Sleeve is designed to repair the sealing surface on the turbocharger outlet of your Nissan Navara. It fits precisely over the worn area where the intercooler pipe seal makes contact, providing a new, perfect surface for the seal to sit on.

Over time, the oil seal can wear a small groove into the outlet, compromising its ability to effectively seal. This leads to oil leaks from the intake system. The Speedi-Sleeve is an innovative and cost-effective solution that repairs this groove without needing to replace the entire expensive turbocharger unit.

If a worn turbo outlet is not repaired, the oil leak will progressively worsen. This can lead to excessive engine oil and boost leaks.

• Cost-Effective Repair: Saves you hundreds of dollars by avoiding the need for a complete turbocharger replacement or complex shaft machining.
• High-Quality Material: Made from proprietary stainless steel for superior durability, wear resistance, and corrosion protection.
• Precision Engineered: The ultra-thin design restores the shaft to its original size, allowing you to use the standard-size oil seal for a perfect fit.
• Optimal Sealing Surface: The sleeve's finish is virtually free of machining marks, providing an excellent sealing surface that can extend the life of the new oil seal.
• Simplified Installation: Designed for a quick and straightforward installation process, reducing vehicle downtime and labour costs.
