This is the Throttle Positioning Switch for a TB45 with an MANUAL.
It attaches on the side of the throttle body on the firewall side and monitors where the throttle is at.
Hitachi is a Japanese made product / brand, the same as what Nissan uses on their vehicles for electrical products.
