This sway bar link is fitted to the right-hand rear (driver's side rear) of the vehicle, connecting the sway bar to the rear axle housing. It is a crucial component of your vehicle's suspension system, designed specifically for vehicles that have been modified with a suspension lift.

When you lift your Nissan Patrol, the factory-standard sway bar links become too short, which alters the sway bar's geometry and reduces its effectiveness. This extended link is designed to correct the sway bar's operating angle on vehicles with up to a 2" lift, restoring proper suspension performance and handling.

If you don't use extended links on a lifted vehicle, you may experience excessive body roll when cornering, creating an unstable and less predictable driving experience.
