The rear control arm, is also known as a rear trailing arm.
There are 4 Trailing arms in the back of a Patrol, with 2 bushes per arm,
All 8 bushes are the same.
Over time these bushes separate, crack and get soft allowing excess movement of the back diff housing.
A Rubber bush superior to a polyurethane Bush in this vehicle application as it allows for the flex and movement required of 4x4 Suspension particularly when OffRoad
