Rear Drum Brake Fitting Hardware Kit - Nissan Navara D40

Rear Drum Brake Fitting Hardware Kit - Nissan Navara D40

This hardware kit is located inside the rear brake drums and holds the brake shoes in place. The small springs, clips, and adjusters are constantly under tension and exposed to brake dust and heat. This causes them to lose their spring, rust, and seize. When this hardware fails, it can lead to poor handbrake performance, a spongy brake pedal, and uneven wear of your new brake shoes. If a spring breaks completely, it can cause the brake shoes to jam, locking up a wheel while you're driving.

This kit includes, springs, retainers, adjusters and adjuster levers- designed to overhaul the rear brake system when fitting new Drum brake pads.
