Product Features

• Easy to mount: Requires drilling only one 6mm hole in the inner guard and uses 2 existing holes behind the headlight.
• Mounted on 3 rubber cushion mounts to stop the inner guard from fatiguing.
• Fitted with a genuine Donaldson Vacuator™ Valve to drain water.
• Flows 308CFM @ 8" H2O: 38% more than a standard ZD30 airbox and 45% more than a TD42 airbox.
• Uses the readily available Nissan style ZD30/TD42 filter element.
• Comes with a quality filter element.
• 3.5" mandrel-bent unrestricted outlet, unlike the factory ZD30 and TD42 airboxes.
• 3.5" inlet is 10mm lower than a ZD30 airbox.
• Made from 304 Stainless Steel.
• Fully TIG Welded.

NOTE

• Most snorkels are easily connected by using a rubber joiner and hose clamps to join to our airbox inlet.
• Most dual battery setups have to be shifted rearwards by around 40-50mm to clear the upper mount on the airbox.
• The Airbox does fit into GU Patrols as well as GQ patrols. This installation does require custom plumbing to connect the airbox to your intake. Factory pipes will not connect.
