This Patroldocta high-performance package is the ultimate air intake solution, designed to completely replace the restrictive factory system on your Nissan Patrol Y62. The 5-inch seamless snorkel mounts cleanly to the passenger side (LH) A-pillar, while the high-flow airbox replaces the original unit in the engine bay. The standard Y62 air intake is a known bottleneck for the powerful VK56 V8 engine; this combo unleashes its full potential by delivering a massive increase in airflow for improved power, torque, and throttle response.

The airbox is a direct bolt-in replacement that utilizes existing factory mounting holes and retains the factory MAF sensor, meaning no tuning is required after installation. The kit includes a fitting template and all necessary hardware for the snorkel, including pinch weld, rivets, and joiners. Please note, installation requires cutting the vehicle's guard and is recommended for a professional workshop or experienced DIY installer.

To complete the installation and achieve maximum performance, a compatible high-flow panel air filter is required. The recommended filter is part number P506035.

The snorkel includes a fitting template for straightforward installation with basic tools. All necessary hardware is supplied, including pinch weld to seal the cut, rivets for the pillar mount, and a custom inner guard joiner with clamps. All snorkels are finished in a durable satin black powder coat and feature the signature PDC Mesh in the end cap.
