Patrolapart Ramp Washer M6
Searching Address...
This Patrolapart M6 Ramp Washer is a universal solution designed to protect the heads of M6 bolts from impact damage on your underbody protection. Its ramped design deflects rocks, branches, and other obstacles away from the bolt head, preventing deformation and ensuring components like bash plates and rock sliders remain securely mounted. This is typically installed as a heavy-duty upgrade or as a replacement for lost or damaged washers to prevent your underbody gear from coming loose on the tracks.
Product Features
- Impact Protection: Ramped profile deflects objects and strikes away from the bolt head, preventing damage and shearing.
- Heavy-Duty Material: Manufactured from quality stainless steel for superior durability and corrosion resistance in harsh Australian conditions.
- Secure Fitment: Features a recessed hole to ensure a secure and flush seating for the M6 bolt head.
- Universal Application: A versatile solution suitable for any M6 bolted component prone to impact, including rock sliders and custom underbody guards.
- Sold Individually: Purchase the exact quantity you need for your project.
Important Notes:
This is a simple DIY installation requiring only basic hand tools to remove the existing bolt, place the washer, and reinstall the bolt. You will likely need the M6 bolts that these washers are designed to protect. If you are fitting a full bash plate or rock sliders, ensure you have the correct quantity of washers and bolts for your project.
