This hinge fits either Left hand or Right Hand Side

It is common for door hinges to wear the pins and allow the door to 'drop

It can be either or both hinges that are worn. When a hinge drops you will notice the door can move up and down a lot when open, and when you close it it will hit on the striker.

Generally best to replace both at the same time.
