Large Barn Door Rear Window Rubber Seal RHS - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ

Large Barn Door Rear Window Rubber Seal RHS - Patrol GQ Y60

This rubber seal is fitted around the perimeter of the fixed glass on the large, right-hand side (RHS) rear barn door of your vehicle. This weatherstrip creates a crucial seal between the window glass and the metal door frame.

Over time, exposure to the elements, particularly UV rays and extreme temperatures, causes the original rubber to perish. It can become hard, brittle, and cracked, leading to a compromised seal. Replacing a worn or damaged seal is essential to maintain the integrity of your vehicle's cabin.

Failure to replace a faulty window seal can allow water and dust to leak into the rear of your Patrol. This can lead to water damage to your interior trim, unpleasant odours, mould growth, and potentially cause rust to form in the door frame itself, leading to more costly repairs down the line.
