This bush is fitted to the eyelet of Koni front shock absorbers on your Patrol. The factory bushes, and even aftermarket ones, can wear, perish, or simply get flogged out from the constant movement and load of the suspension, especially during off-road driving. When these bushes fail, you'll often hear a knocking sound from your front end, experience vague steering, and notice a significant drop in ride quality. Leaving a worn shock absorber bush unfixed can lead to premature and uneven tyre wear and cause damage to the shock absorber mounting points.
Please note: This bush is designed as a direct replacement for Koni branded shock absorbers only. It is not suitable for genuine Nissan or other aftermarket shock absorber brands. Please check your shock absorber brand before purchasing.
