Jayair Evaporator Assembly - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

Jayair Evaporator Assembly - Nissan Patrol GU Y61

This Evaporator is located inside the evaporator box under the dash on the passenger side of the vehicle. The evaporator functions like a small radiator; as refrigerant passes through it, it becomes extremely cold. The vehicle's blower motor then pushes cabin air across the evaporator's fins, cooling the air before it enters the cabin through your vents.

Replacement is commonly required due to leaks in the core or connecting pipes, which allows the refrigerant gas to escape. A blocked or contaminated evaporator can also severely restrict airflow and reduce cooling performance. A properly functioning evaporator is essential for a cold and efficient air conditioning system.
