FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER Kit
Suits: NISSAN NAVARA NP300
High Performance Diesel are proud to introduce our new front mount intercooler upgrade to fit the D23 NP300 Navara twin turbo.
After testing the factory intercooler setup it became quickly evident that the intercooler was under rated for the performance of the YS23DDTT motor.
We set out to build a non invasive, direct fit intercooler with a HUGE capacity and no cutting or drilling.
What we developed has resulted in a direct bolt on kit with no irreversible modifications at all needed.
HPD has developed a charge pipe adaptor with a dual seal to eliminate any leaking issues that have become a hallmark of the factory intercooler system.
Kit features:
Bar & Plate Core 600x300x76mm
Alloy mandrel bent piping
Billet charge pipe adaptor
Quality silicone hoses and load rated German made clamps
Laser cut mounting brackets
Winch & bull bar compatible*
Hot side piping 57mmø
Cold side piping 57mmø
No cutting of radiator support for piping
DETAILS
HPD 4WD intercooler kits are designed to give amazing performance, reliability, consistent and sustainable power. By reducing inlet temperatures you will also reduce engine running temperatures.
The comprehensive kit has been manufactured with careful research and development. Each kit is vehicle specific with a heat exchanger, alloy mandrel bent piping, quality silicone hoses and fittings.
Our Intercooler Kits are easy to install with basic workshop tools and backed by the HPD team who can help you at any step of the way. With our dealer network Australia wide, you guys that don’t like to get your hands dirty can have your kit installed by a qualified technician. Our front mounted intercoolers don’t suffer from heat soak from high under bonnet temperatures like top mounted intercoolers or water to air intercoolers which at low speed - hard slogging can increase inlet temperatures.
HPD intercooler kits suit all the leading aftermarket turbo kits that don’t have an option for intercooling, allowing you to increase the performance, reliability and fuel efficiency of your 4WD.
These are Fairly easy to Install with basic mechanical Knowledge and a few tools.
NOTE: If your car is equipped with Forward Emergency Braking radar system, this may need to be relocated in order to install the intercooler kit. Please check compatibility with your vehicle.
THERE IS KNOWN FITMENT/CLEARANCE ISSUES TO SERIES 5 WARRIOR WITH IRONMAN BULLBAR.
