High-Pressure Power Steering Line Hose TB45 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

This is a heavy-duty, direct-fit replacement high-pressure power steering hose, designed specifically to suit Nissan Patrol GU Y61 models equipped with the TB45E petrol engine. It connects the power steering pump to the steering box, carrying the high-pressure fluid essential for steering assist. Over time, the original factory hose perishes from constant high pressure, engine bay heat, and harsh off-road conditions, leading to dangerous leaks. As the genuine Nissan hose for this application is no longer available, this quality aftermarket replacement is the ideal solution to restore safe and reliable steering performance.

Product Features

• Heavy-Duty Construction: Manufactured from high-quality, oil-resistant synthetic rubber designed to withstand extreme pressures and high temperatures found in a hard-working 4x4 engine bay.
• Leak-Free Fitment: Features factory-style, corrosion-resistant crimped end fittings to ensure a secure and durable seal between the pump and steering box.
• Direct Replacement: Engineered for a precise fit, this hose includes the correct provision for the factory idle-up pressure switch.
• Built to Last: A reliable alternative to the discontinued genuine part, ensuring long-term performance under punishing Australian conditions.

Important Notes:

• After installation, the system must be filled with the correct specification power steering fluid and properly bled to remove all air.
• This is an ideal time to inspect the low-pressure power steering return hose for any signs of cracking or perishing.
