Heavy Duty Flex Drive Plate ZD30 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

This heavy-duty flex plate is fitted between the back of the ZD30 crank and the automatic transmission's torque converter. Its job is to transfer drive from the engine to the gearbox and hold the ring gear for the starter motor to engage. The original Nissan ZD30 flex plates are a known weak point and are prone to cracking, especially on vehicles with performance modifications, that tow heavy loads, or are used for serious off-roading.
