Genuine Nissan Turbo Water Line Gasket YD25 - Nissan Navara D22 2005-2015, D40 2005-2015 & Pathfinder R51

This is a genuine Nissan turbo water line gasket designed for the YD25 engine fitted to Nissan Navara D22, D40, and Pathfinder R51 models. This gasket provides the critical seal for the coolant supply and return lines where they connect to the turbocharger housing, ensuring a leak-free connection.

Over many heat cycles, the original gasket can become hard, brittle, and compressed, losing its ability to maintain a proper seal. Replacing a worn or leaking gasket is essential maintenance to prevent coolant loss, which can lead to engine overheating. Common signs of failure include the smell of coolant, visible drips or stains around the turbo area, and a drop in the coolant reservoir level.

Product Features

• Genuine Nissan Quality: Guarantees a perfect fit and is made from high-temperature material specified for turbocharger applications.
• Reliable Seal: Engineered to create a robust, long-lasting seal on the turbo's coolant line connections, preventing costly leaks.
• Direct-Fit Replacement: Manufactured to OEM specifications as a direct replacement for your original factory gasket, ensuring a straightforward installation.

Installation Notes

Replacement is a moderate workshop job. Access to the turbocharger and its fluid lines can be restricted, requiring patience and the right tools. The vehicle's cooling system must be partially drained before removing the old gasket. You will require fresh engine coolant to top up the system after installation. While you have access, it is good practice to inspect and consider replacing other turbo gaskets at the same time.
