Genuine Nissan Timing Chain Guide LH - Nissan Navara D40 VQ40

Genuine Nissan Timing Chain Guide LH - Nissan Navara D40 VQ40

This is the Small Timing Chain Guide that goes on the Left Hand passenger side of the engine  on the OUTER side of the timing chain on the TENSION side. This guide is critical for maintaining proper timing chain tension and alignment. If this guide wears down or breaks, it can lead to timing chain slack, resulting in poor engine performance, rattling noises, or even catastrophic engine damage.

Ignoring a worn timing chain guide can potentially lead to your timing chain jumping a tooth, causing significant damage to your engine valves and pistons.
