Genuine Nissan Suction Control Valve YD25 - Nissan Navara D22 & D40

Restore your Navara's performance and reliability with this Genuine Nissan Suction Control Valve. This is the direct-fit replacement for specific Thai and Japanese built models, designed to restore correct fuel pressure and smooth engine operation. Located on the back of the high-pressure fuel pump, the SCV's fine internal tolerances make it highly sensitive to fuel contamination. Installing a genuine part is the best way to ensure long-term reliability and cure common YD25 drivability issues.

A faulty or contaminated Suction Control Valve (SCV) can, cause erratic fuel pressure as the ECU struggles to correct it, which leads to loss in performance, stalling and surging.

Key Benefits & Features

• Genuine Nissan Quality: Guaranteed performance, service life, and reliability you can trust under harsh Australian conditions.
• Complete Kit: Includes the required new gasket and o-ring for a complete and proper installation.
• Restores Performance: Cures common YD25 issues like rough idling, surging, stalling, and power loss by restoring correct fuel pressure.

Installation Notes

Replacement is moderately difficult. While mechanically straightforward, access to the SCV on the back of the fuel pump is in a tight, cramped area of the engine bay, which can make the job frustrating and time-consuming.
