Genuine Nissan Shroud Oil Filler Cap YD25 - Nissan Navara D40 2005-2015

This shroud is located on the engine rocker cover, fitting around the oil filler neck. The original plastic shroud is constantly exposed to engine heat, which causes it to become brittle and break. It is also commonly damaged or lost during routine servicing. A missing or broken shroud allows dirt and other contaminants to build up around the oil filler cap. When you next top up or change your oil, this grit can easily fall into the engine, causing premature wear and potential damage.
