Genuine Nissan Radiator Cap 118kPa 17psi TB48 VK56 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU & Y62

Genuine Nissan Radiator Cap 118kPa 17psi - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU TB48 & Y62 VK56

This radiator cap is fitted to the top of the radiator or the coolant overflow bottle. Its job is critical: to maintain pressure within your cooling system. A faulty cap with a weak spring or perished rubber seals can no longer hold this pressure, lowering the boiling point of your coolant. If you don't replace a failed cap, your engine can easily overheat, causing coolant to boil over and be lost from the system. This can lead to significant and expensive engine damage, leaving you stranded.

This Pressure Relief Cap is rated to 1.2 Bar

(This will also fit a standard radiator if you wish to change your pressure rating)
