Genuine Nissan Pipe Large Lower Turbo Oil Drain & Feed - Nissan Navara D23 2015-2026

This is a genuine Nissan combination oil drain and feed pipe, designed specifically for the large, lower turbocharger on the M9T 2.3L twin-turbo diesel engine. It serves as a direct-fit replacement part for the Nissan Navara D23 NP300, connecting the engine block to the turbocharger to supply and drain essential lubricating oil.

Over time, the original factory pipe can develop cracks from constant heat cycles and engine vibration, while the seals at either end can perish. This typically results in a significant oil leak from the pipe or its connection points. Replacing a faulty or leaking pipe is critical maintenance to prevent oil starvation, which can lead to catastrophic turbocharger failure and expensive engine repairs.

Product Features

• Genuine Nissan Quality: A genuine OEM part ensuring perfect fitment and material integrity for high-heat turbo applications. Using an inferior pipe risks premature cracking, leading to leaks and potential turbo failure.
• Durable Construction: Pre-formed from high-quality steel to the exact factory shape, guaranteeing it clears all other engine components for a secure, trouble-free installation.
• Leak-Proof Design: Supplied with the correct end fittings and seals required for a secure, leak-proof connection to both the turbocharger and the engine block.
• Protects Your Turbo: Guarantees that correct oil pressure and circulation is maintained to the large turbocharger, preventing premature wear from oil starvation.

Installation Notes

Replacement is considered a workshop job for an experienced mechanic, as access can be restricted and it involves working with the engine's oil system. As this pipe carries engine oil, you will also require a fresh supply of engine oil and a new oil filter to complete the job properly. This is an ideal time to inspect other turbo hoses and lines for any signs of wear or perishing.
