Genuine Nissan Oxygen Lambda Sensor Front VK56 - Nissan Patrol Y62

This is a Genuine Nissan front oxygen sensor, also known as a Lambda sensor, designed specifically for the Nissan Patrol Y62 with the VK56 V8 petrol engine. Located in the exhaust manifold before the catalytic converter, this sensor is a critical component of your engine management system. It precisely measures the amount of unburnt oxygen in the exhaust gas and relays this information to the ECU, which then optimises the air-fuel mixture for peak performance, fuel efficiency, and emissions control.

This sensor is a direct replacement for Y62 Series 3 models from February 2016 onwards. When diagnosing a fault, this component is commonly referred to as 'Sensor 1' (e.g., Bank 1 Sensor 1 is the passenger side, Bank 2 Sensor 1 is the driver side). Your vehicle requires two of these front sensors-one for each exhaust bank-and they are SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. Please note that the rear (post-cat) sensors and the sensors for earlier Series 1-2 Y62 models are different parts, which are available separately.
