This Genuine Nissan fuel filter primer and lift pump assembly, is designed for Nissan Navara D22 models equipped with either the YD25 or ZD30 diesel engine. Located on the fuel filter housing in the engine bay, this assembly is critical for priming the fuel system after a filter change or if the vehicle has been sitting, ensuring a consistent fuel supply to the injection pump.

This assembly addresses common failure points of the original unit, such as a perished internal diaphragm or a cracked housing. These issues can allow air to enter the fuel system, leading to poor priming, hard starting, and fuel leaks.
