Genuine Nissan Intercooler Mount Rubber RD28 ZD30 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

Genuine Nissan Intercooler Mount Rubber - Nissan Y61 GU Patrol ZD30 RD28

This Genuine Nissan Intercooler Mount Rubber is located between the intercooler and its mounting bracket on the engine. Its job is to absorb engine vibration and securely hold the intercooler in place. The original rubber mounts are constantly exposed to engine heat and oil, causing them to perish, harden, and collapse. A failed mount can't properly support the intercooler, leading to excessive vibration. If not replaced, this vibration can cause the intercooler core or end tanks to crack, resulting in a boost leak and a significant loss of performance.
