Genuine Nissan Intake Seal Carby to Air Box TB42 - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ

Genuine Nissan Intake Seal Carby to Air Box - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ TB42

This is the genuine Nissan seal that fits between the carburettor and the air box on TB42 petrol engine models. The original rubber seal is exposed to constant engine heat, causing it to go hard, become brittle and crack. A failed seal compromises your engine's air intake system, letting in unfiltered air, dust, and debris.

If this seal is split or not sealing correctly, you risk serious engine damage. Dust getting past the air filter will accelerate engine wear, and any water ingested during a crossing can lead to catastrophic failure. Replacing a perished seal is cheap insurance to protect your engine.
