Genuine Nissan Intake Pipe TB48 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

Genuine Nissan Intake Pipe TB48 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

This is the main flexible intake pipe that connects the air flow meter and airbox assembly to the throttle body on your engine. The original rubber hose becomes hard and brittle from constant engine bay heat and exposure. This leads to cracks forming, especially around the ribbed sections and clamp points. A cracked intake pipe allows unfiltered, dusty air to be drawn directly into your engine, bypassing the air filter entirely. This can cause poor running, incorrect air/fuel mixtures, and ultimately, severe and costly internal engine damage.
