Genuine Nissan Intake Air Temp Sensor - Nissan Navara D23 NP300 YS23TT

Genuine Nissan Intake Air Temp Sensor - Nissan Navara D23 NP300 YS23TT

This sensor is fitted to the engine's air intake system and is responsible for measuring the temperature of the air entering the engine. The Engine Control Unit (ECU) uses this reading to calculate air density, which is essential for adjusting the fuel mixture and ignition timing. A sensor that has failed due to heat, vibration, or contamination will send incorrect data, leading to poor performance. If you're experiencing a check engine light, poor fuel economy, rough idling, or a loss of power, a faulty intake air temp sensor is a likely culprit.
