Genuine Nissan Injector Return Bleed Off Line YD25 - Nissan Navara D22, D40 & Pathfinder R51

This is the Genuine Nissan injector return bleed off line, designed for Nissan Navara D22, D40, and Pathfinder R51 models equipped with the YD25 diesel engine. Located on top of the fuel injectors, this line is essential for returning excess fuel back to the fuel system. It is a delicate component that commonly becomes brittle from engine heat cycles and can kink or break, especially when changing injectors. A damaged line can cause fuel leaks, poor engine performance, and a strong diesel smell.

This specific line is for Spanish-built D40 and R51 models manufactured up to January 2010, as well as all Thai and Japanese-built D22 and D40 models with the YD25 engine. For Spanish-built D40 and R51 models from January 2010 onwards, you will require part number 166715X00A, which is also available in our store.

Product Features

• Durable Construction: Manufactured from high-grade materials designed to withstand constant exposure to diesel fuel and high engine bay temperatures.
• Direct-Fit Replacement: A direct swap for the original line, restoring correct fuel pressure and return function without modification.
• Prevents Fuel Leaks: A secure, new line eliminates leaks, improving engine performance, fuel efficiency, and overall safety.

Installation Notes

Installation is a straightforward task for a confident DIY mechanic with basic tools. However, extreme care must be taken when handling these lines as they are delicate and can be easily damaged. While no other specific parts are required for this job, it is a good opportunity to inspect all other fuel system components for any signs of wear, perishing, or leaks.
