Genuine Nissan Injector Pump Advance Plate & O-ring RD28 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

Genuine Nissan Injector Pump Advance Plate & O-ring - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU RD28

This injector pump advance plate and o-ring are located at the front of the injector pump, directly behind the timing gear on the RD28ETi engine. The original plate can wear down and the o-ring seal becomes hard, causing a common and persistent oil leak. Replacing these components is essential to stop oil from seeping out of the front of the pump. If ignored, this leak can lead to significant oil loss, potential contamination of the timing belt, and a messy engine bay.
