Genuine Nissan Ignition Switch - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU & Navara D23 & D40

Genuine Nissan Ignition Switch - Patrol GU Y61

Located on the steering column behind the ignition lock cylinder, the ignition switch is the core electrical component that powers up your vehicle. This genuine Nissan ignition switch acts as the gateway, directing battery power to the starter, ignition system, and accessories when you turn the key. It is a critical part for starting and running your vehicle.

Over time, the internal electrical contacts can wear out or fail, leading to a range of frustrating and potentially dangerous issues. A faulty ignition switch can prevent your Patrol from starting, leaving you stranded. It can also cause the engine to cut out intermittently while driving, resulting in a sudden loss of power steering and braking assistance, creating a significant safety risk on the road.
