Genuine Nissan Handbrake Shoe Anti Rattle Spring Cup - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ & Y61 GU

Genuine Nissan Handbrake Shoe Anti Rattle Spring Cup - Patrol GQ GU

This cup is a small but critical component located within your rear handbrake drum assembly. It works with the corresponding pin and spring to hold the handbrake shoes securely in place, preventing them from moving around and making noise.

Over time, these cups can corrode, wear out, or get lost during a brake service, leading to a loose and noisy handbrake. If left unchecked, a rattling handbrake can be more than just an annoyance; it can lead to uneven shoe wear and a less effective parking brake, which is the last thing you want on a steep track. This is the genuine factory replacement to get the job done right.

Note: There are 4 of these cups required per vehicle handbrake assembly. They are SOLD INDIVIDUALLY.
