This genuine Nissan gearstick assembly is fitted directly to the transmission housing and protrudes through the floor and centre console of your vehicle. It is the primary lever used by the driver to manually select gears. This complete replacement kit is often required when the original gearstick develops excessive free-play or 'slop'. This is typically caused by the wear and tear of the small plastic bush at the base of the lever, which is a common issue on higher mileage vehicles.
