Genuine Nissan Fuel Filler Twin Neck TB45 TB48 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

This Genuine Nissan twin fuel filler neck is the factory-correct replacement for Nissan Patrol Y61 GU models equipped with main and sub fuel tanks. Located behind the fuel door on the driver's side (RH) rear quarter panel, it provides the secure, sealed connection required for refuelling both tanks. This part is essential for maintaining the integrity of your vehicle's fuel and evaporative emissions (EVAP) system.

The original steel filler neck on the GU Patrol is prone to rust and damage over time, which can lead to fuel leaks, odours, and EVAP system faults. This genuine replacement restores the safety and functionality of your fuel system to original factory specifications, ensuring a reliable, long-term repair.

Product Features

• Genuine Nissan Part: Manufactured to Nissan's exacting standards, guaranteeing a perfect fit, reliable performance, and the long-term durability expected of a genuine part.
• Restores Fuel System Integrity: Ensures a secure, leak-free seal for both main and sub-tanks, preventing fuel spills and helping to resolve related EVAP system faults.
• Durable Construction: Engineered with corrosion-resistant coatings to withstand constant exposure to fuel and harsh Australian conditions, preventing premature failure.
• Direct-Fit Replacement: Designed to bolt directly into the factory location on the driver's side (RH) with no modifications required, ensuring a professional and reliable repair.

Please note: Replacement is a moderate-level job suited for a workshop or an experienced home mechanic. Accessing the filler neck assembly requires removing the driver's side (RH) rear wheel and the plastic inner guard liner. To ensure a complete and reliable repair, we recommend inspecting and replacing the fuel cap, filler neck hoses, and associated clamps at the same time if they show any signs of perishing, cracking, or wear.
