Genuine Nissan Front Lower Control Arm Bolt - Nissan Navara D23 & D40

This is a Genuine Nissan front lower control arm bolt, designed to secure the front lower control arm to the vehicle's chassis. It serves as a critical fastener in the front suspension system, ensuring the connection between the wheel assembly and the frame remains secure. This specific bolt is engineered for Thai-built Nissan Navara D40 and D23 NP300 models.

Replacement is necessary if the original bolt shows signs of corrosion, stretching, or damage from suspension forces. It is also best practice to install new bolts whenever servicing the lower control arms or replacing the bushes. Symptoms of a faulty or loose bolt can include clunking noises from the front suspension, vague steering response, and wheel alignment issues. This is a specialised bolt design and is SOLD INDIVIDUALLY; four are required to service both sides of the vehicle.

Product Features

• Genuine Nissan Quality: Guarantees a perfect, factory-spec fit and meets Nissan's stringent material and safety standards for critical suspension components.
• High-Tensile Steel: Engineered from high-strength steel to withstand extreme suspension forces without stretching or shearing, a common risk with inferior non-genuine bolts.
• OEM Specifications: Manufactured to the exact length, thread pitch, and torque specifications required for your Navara, ensuring a secure and reliable installation.
• Corrosion-Resistant Finish: Features a protective coating to prevent rust and seizure, ensuring a long service life and easier removal during future maintenance.

Installation Notes

Installation is a moderate to difficult workshop job that requires the vehicle to be safely lifted and the suspension unloaded. Using a torque wrench to tighten this bolt to the manufacturer's exact specification is critical for safety. Due to the forces involved, professional installation is recommended. It is highly advised to replace all four bolts (two per side) at the same time, especially when installing new lower control arms or control arm bushes.
