Genuine Nissan Door Check Strap RHF - Nissan Patrol Y62

Genuine Nissan Door Check Strap - Patrol Y62 RHF

Fitted between the front right-hand door and the vehicle's A-pillar, this genuine Nissan Door Check Strap is an essential component that controls the opening range of your door. As a frequently used part, the internal mechanism can wear out over time, often resulting in a loud clicking or popping sound when opening or closing the door, or it may fail to hold the door open in its designated positions.

A failed or worn door check strap can allow the door to swing open uncontrollably, especially on an incline or in windy conditions. This can lead to the door over-extending, causing significant and costly damage to the door skin, the hinge, or the front guard panel.
