Genuine Nissan Blue 4 Pin Relay - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU, Y62 & Navara D22, D23 & D40

Genuine Nissan Blue 4 Pin Relay - Patrol GU Y61 & Y62

This genuine Nissan 4-pin relay is typically located in the vehicle's main fuse and relay box, either in the engine bay or within the cabin. It functions as an electromechanical switch, allowing a low-current circuit to control a high-current circuit safely and efficiently. This relay is essential for the proper operation of various electrical systems, such as headlights, fuel pumps, cooling fans, and horns. A replacement is necessary when the original relay fails, leading to intermittent or complete failure of the component it controls.

Failure to replace a faulty relay can lead to significant and potentially dangerous issues. For example, a failed headlight relay could leave you without lights at night, a non-functioning fuel pump relay will prevent the engine from starting, or a stuck cooling fan relay could cause the engine to overheat, leading to severe mechanical damage.
