Patrolapart EGR Cooler Assembly - Nissan Navara D23

This is a direct-fit replacement EGR Cooler Assembly, designed to suit the Nissan Navara D23 NP300 fitted with the M9T engine. The EGR cooler is a critical part of the exhaust gas recirculation system, mounted on the engine to cool exhaust gases before they re-enter the intake. These units commonly fail from internal cracks causing coolant leaks, or from blockages due to carbon buildup. Symptoms of a faulty EGR cooler include coolant loss, white smoke from the exhaust, engine overheating, and reduced performance. Replacing a faulty unit is a moderate workshop job that requires draining the cooling system.

Product Features

• Patrolapart-Specified Quality: A high-quality replacement for the original EGR cooler, developed to meet or exceed OEM standards for performance and durability.
• Engine Protection: Engineered with a high-efficiency core for maximum cooling performance. Cheaper, inferior units can fail prematurely, risking coolant leaks into the combustion chamber and causing severe engine damage.
• Direct-Fit Design: Designed as a direct-fit replacement for the original part to ensure a straightforward installation process.
• Installation Note: New gaskets are recommended for installation. You will also need fresh engine coolant to refill the system after the new part is fitted.
