Drum Brake Shoes - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ & Y61 GU

Drum Brake Shoes - Nissan Patrol GQ Y60 & GU Y61

This set of Drum Brake Shoes is designed for the rear axle of your Nissan Patrol. They are located inside the brake drum and are the critical component for both the handbrake/parking brake system on disc brake models and the primary service brake on full rear drum brake models.

Over time, the friction material on your brake shoes wears down with use. Replacement is necessary to maintain safe and effective braking performance and to ensure your vehicle's handbrake can hold it securely when parked. Worn shoes can lead to a soft or unresponsive brake pedal, or a handbrake that requires pulling up much higher than usual.
