This flexible brake hose is fitted to the rear of the vehicle, connecting the fixed steel brake line on the chassis to the T-piece on the rear differential housing. This is a high-quality, extended-length replacement brake line, specifically designed for vehicles that have been modified with a suspension lift.

When you install a suspension lift of 2 inches or more, the original factory brake hose often becomes too short. During suspension travel, especially when driving off-road, the distance between the chassis and the differential increases, pulling the standard hose taut. This constant stretching can lead to fatigue and eventual failure.

NOTE: If you have ABS, check to see if you have 1 brake line between chassis and diff housing on the rear or two, if you have one, this is the part you need, if not, check out other other listing with part number GUABS. This is the one you need for twin lines on the rear.
