Auto Transmission Filter & Gasket Service Kit - Nissan Navara D40 & Pathfinder R51

Auto Transmission Filter & Gasket Service Kit - Nissan Patrol GU TB48 RE5

This service kit is fitted internally within the 5-speed RE5 automatic transmission, located inside the main oil pan. It consists of a new transmission filter and pan gasket, essential components for routine servicing of your automatic gearbox.

Over time, automatic transmission fluid becomes contaminated with fine metallic particles and clutch material. The transmission filter's job is to trap these harmful contaminants, preventing them from circulating and causing premature wear to sensitive internal components. Replacing the filter and gasket during a fluid change is a critical part of vehicle maintenance, ensuring the longevity and smooth operation of your transmission.
