The air conditioning compressor is mounted on the lower left (passenger) side of the engine. Important Installation Notes

Installation of this component is a workshop job that requires specialist equipment to safely recover and recharge the air conditioning system refrigerant.

For warranty purposes, the following steps are mandatory:

• The receiver dryer must be replaced at the same time as the new compressor. We stock the standard RD6117 receiver dryer and the RD7075 for vehicles fitted with rear air conditioning.
• The compressor must be filled with the correct type and quantity of refrigerant oil prior to installation.

Failure to follow these steps will result in premature compressor failure and will not be covered by warranty.
