Air Bag Load Assist Kit for Dual Cab Coil Spring Standard Height High Pressure - Nissan Navara D23 NP300

This airbag load assist kit is installed inside the rear coil springs of your vehicle's suspension. It is a supplementary support system designed to help your existing suspension handle heavy loads more effectively.

This product is essential if you frequently tow a heavy caravan, boat, or work trailer, or if you regularly carry significant weight in the tray. The factory suspension is designed for a balance of comfort and load-carrying, but can sag under constant or heavy loads. This kit reinforces your suspension, allowing you to inflate the airbags to level the vehicle, restoring proper ride height and improving safety and stability.

HIGH PRESSURE KIT for Heavy Towing and/or vehicles being loaded to Maximum Allowable Weights

Using air bags inside your coil springs will give you:

• Adjustable levelling control
• Eliminate spring sagging
• Safer load carrying
• Better braking
• Improved steering & handling
• Stabilise body roll
• Prevents vehicle 'bottoming out'
• Better ride quality
• Reduced tyre wear
• Lower maintenance costs

Product Features

• Heavy-Duty Construction: Made from durable, high-grade polyurethane, the airbags are built to withstand high pressures and harsh conditions.
• Improved Load-Carrying: Drastically improves your vehicle's ability to handle heavy loads, eliminating rear-end sag for a level, stable stance.
• Enhanced Stability & Control: By levelling the vehicle, the kit restores correct suspension and steering geometry, ensuring better handling and braking performance when towing or loaded.
• Fully Adjustable: Air pressure can be adjusted from 5 to 60 PSI to perfectly match the weight of the load you are carrying.
• Protects Factory Suspension: Reduces the strain on your original coil springs and shock absorbers, helping to prolong their lifespan.
