3" Turbo Back Exhaust With Cat And Muffler - Nissan Navara D22 ZD30 3L

3" Turbo Back Exhaust With Cat And Muffler - Nissan Navara D22 ZD30 3L

This full exhaust system fits your Nissan Navara D22 from the turbocharger outlet right through to the tailpipe. The factory exhaust on the ZD30 engine is notoriously restrictive, which can lead to high exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), reduced power, and poor fuel economy. A failing or blocked standard exhaust will only make these problems worse. If you ignore a cracked or blocked exhaust, you risk serious power loss, excessive fuel consumption, and potentially catastrophic engine damage from sustained high EGTs – a known weak point for this engine.

Features & Benefits

• 3-Inch Mandrel Bent Piping: Ensures maximum, unrestricted gas flow from the turbo. This reduces backpressure, allowing the turbo to spool faster for improved throttle response and performance.
• 409 Grade Stainless Steel: A quality material that provides excellent durability and corrosion resistance against harsh road conditions and off-road use.
• High-Flow Catalytic Converter: Provides a significant improvement in exhaust flow compared to the restrictive factory unit, unlocking power while keeping your vehicle street legal.
• High-Flow Muffler: Delivers a deeper performance exhaust note without being excessively loud, reducing unwanted cabin drone.
• Direct-Fit Installation: Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement using the original mounting points for a secure fitment. All gaskets and bolts required for installation are included.
